I need to get to the # 3 Metro line in Paris from Charles De Gaulle airport. What is the easiest way by train and how much should it cost?

First, take line "B" towards Paris. Then it depends on what direction you wish to go. If you are heading on line 3 towards "Gallieni" then take line B to "Châtelet-les-Halles". There, switch to line 11 in the direction towards "Mairie de Lilas" and change at "République".

Otherwise, from Châtelet-les-Halles, take line 7 to "Opéra", and then switch to line 3.

For more information, see http://www.ratp.fr/ and click on the little British flag and the site will change to English.

Hope this helps,

it could be efficient to charm to close from the position in Paris you're leaving because the options replace in spite of the indisputable fact that the RER/Métro will connect you from everywhere in established Paris to CDG for 8.50€ and 40 to 50 minutes en route time. once you've been utilising public transportation throughout the time of your stay, the above option must be extremely undemanding.

You can use the RER line to connect, see this link to check which RER train would be best for your destination station: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_stations_of_the_Paris_M%C3%A9tro#Line_3

Hope that helps!
