Indeed, in all unabashed truthfulness, an astutely engineering perspective.
Civil Engineers, calculate and design the framework of objects so they stand up right and do not fall apart, mostly. On occasion, they might be so bold as to venture past anodyne canons of construction, to design the extraordinary.(1)
Architects, use wisdom, consideration and passion, to elope the social milieu into poetry.
As Michael Graves, an Architect, would aptly put,“labels have the negative value of making smaller boundaries for people.” Expression in Architecture is borderless.(2)
Occasionally, someone comes along with both masteries and produces wonders.(3)
A Civil Engineering office, lead by civil engineers and sometimes architects, are tasked with structural design work and performing due diligence, by checking and inspecting plans, received from an Architect’s office or local country council design office.
An Architectural office, headed by architects, may include a gamut of disciples, ranging from anthropologists, environmental designers, structural and civil engineers, artists and draftsmen.
Regardless the business setup, not mere collaboration alone, but in synergistic energies of all disciplines, is required so that Iconic projects are made possible.
It is in definitive concurrence, that an Engineering degree is considered the hardest, with Civil Engineering being less so.

Putting it from a very simple engineering perspective.
Architects draw pretty watercolours that are inspired by wind or mountains, and convince someone that it is a cutting edge structure.
Civil Engineers, design and build structures that work.
Seriously though - .........no, that's the serious answer.
An Architectural office on the other hand, is headed by architects and has a whole range of disciples including structural and civil engineers, who are given the task of designing large and often iconic projects. This is also true on a smaller scale. But generally if it is not meant to be 'art' as well as functional, an engineering office will design it.
Wembley stadium designed by Architects, the National Grid including all power-stations designed by engineers.
Incidentally I have heard that an Engineering degree is considered the hardest.
