phone some dog walkers in the phone book and ask how much they charge. You will have to work in the cost of 3rd party insurance. You HAVE to have insurance if you want to earn money from it. What if 2 of the dogs started to fight? What if all the dogs turn on one of the dogs and kill it? What if one gets off the lead and bites someone or runs into the road and causes an accident?
You cannot walk dogs unless you are insured to cover things like this. If someone found their dog was limping, or had been bitten or hurt while in your care, they can sue you for the cost of the vet bills. If you have not taken out insurance you will be paying it off for months.

It depends on the area you live. If there are a lot of old frail people (and I'm NOT saying all old people are frail, by the way) there may be a lot of volunteers that will dog walk for free. If you live in a richer area, I'd say charge by the half-hour. Some dogs will need long walks, some shorter. Will you charge more for taking the dog off the lead?
OR
Charge £5 to walk the dog... then £500 to return it! lol Your trip could be first class all the way!

You can put your dog walking adverts up in vets and shop windows, do you have a 'free ads' paper local to you, if so get an advert put in that too, I would charge at least £5 per hour, if you get a few pensioners asking you to walk their dogs for them, maybe you could do that at a concession price, say about £2.50 an hour, take their dogs out with others so your not losing out too much, ask friends and relatives to pop leaflets up in their place of work for you too, kennels are always looking for dog walkers too, pick a few of the good ones in your area and do a couple of hours there too if you can fit it in, they pay well and its regular work, good luck and happy dog walking.

You need to shop around your local area to see what other people charge, then beat their prices. You'll also need referees and proof of address etc.
Advertise in pet shops and supermarkets.
