The power of a compressor is denoted by " mercury head in m.m." But it is difficult to calculate the power of Vacuam Cleaner in home. But you can check it by sucking some pieces of paper from a max distance starting from a min distance and then compare the distance with a good quality Vacuam Cleaner.

close off the end of the hose and attach a vacuum gauge (same as a pressure gauge but shows values below 0psi) and make sure there are no leaks or cracks allowing air into any part of the vacuum, then check the gauge, this will be a peak measurement under full load (motor will struggle if there is no air leaks)

if your floor is clean after you vacum then it has enough suction power.
