I've been using their vitamins with minerals for sometime now. They are effective, affordable and have given me what I expected out of them.
I am not 100% sold on some of the other enhancements they've been coming up with (a lot of herbal supplements with sketchy science behind them) but their vitamins are spot-on.

Gee, I havent really taken them before because I believe in taking whole foods are healthier than taking synthetic supplements.
May I inquire why you are interested to take centrum supplements?
If there is something that works better than centrum and is so safe that my 16 month old son can take it, would you be interested to find out more?
