It is commercialised in almost all countries in the world.. because if they don't earn money how could they pay their employees..and the law of supply and demand is an inevitable law that schools should be able to cope up with.

BECAUSE --- The People Commercialising IT, Haven't Been To "THE JHUGGI COLONY" where majority of the population of the world stays in DRAINS and eats the DUSTBIN. And they work as SERVANTS in the DOMESTIC AREAS of some life called MOTA LALAAS with money and cars and industries called HUMAN BEINGS.

bcause indian parents have a lot of money and don't realise that ACs and elevators in schools are not going to fetch 100% in the boards

Very simple, because people are there to pay heavy fees. If the product is saleable and customer are there then why not ??
