Nearly a week and a half ago I began getting this pain in the right hand side of stomach, so I went to my doctors and he said I had a water infection and put me on antibiotics which in my opinion I don’t think I ever had a water infection.

Since then the pain as moved and things have got worse I now have pains in my back, my chest, arms and legs (little small shooting pains that come and go every few minutes) and a really tight chest which seems to feel like there is something lodged in the centre of my chest or something is there that shouldn’t be there which makes my breathing rather shallow, I have also been suffering with Headaches, nausea and tiredness.

I am now waiting to hear from my doc as I called this the surgery this morning to try and get in t c him but no appointments were available until later on this afternoon, am just scared I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder back In May this year but am convinced its not my anxiety or could it, am I just imagining things..

If you can't get an appointment to see your doctor, go to the accident and emergency dept. of your local hospital.

Well you know the right answer is to get checked out and that your health is more important than any money in the world.... Tightness to the chest can be many things. I would make sure I walk for 30 minutes a day (light walking... not fast). I would increase my water intake. I'd have oatmeal twice a day for a week and then go down to once a day until you see your doctor. I'd cut out all salt and fat from your diet. I'd include a warm bath and or massage to your daily routine before bed to relax. And I would go to bed early. (maybe read something for pleasure before bed to take your mind off all the stresses of the day.) That might all sound like a lot at once, but if you aren't willing to see a doctor, you need to take action. Stress on the body tends to build up / accumulate over time and manafest at the least suspecting moments.

This is what I'd do. Go the the ER and tell them what you've told us. They will first give you an EKG to see if you have a heart problem. They won't discount it if nothing shows up, if anything they'll put you on a Nitro control to be on the safe side.
If not, they'll give you other tests to discount other problems in this area. It could be anything from angina to nervous stress.

Yes it could and it could also be an anxiety attack. If you feel that your doctor is not doing enough you could go to Accident & Emergency. At least then you would know one way or another. Its your life, if I were you would you I would straight to the hospital as I would rather feel foolish than end up dead.

You would need to have VERY severe anxiety disorder to get anything like those symptoms, and then I expect you would know about it.
I expect its something more physical than that... something potentially more serious. I'd suggest getting an X-ray if it actually feels like there is something abnormal in your chest.

I feel A+E is the best bet as they have the diagnostic tools available to them on demand. Like an ECG. That's a heart rate monitor that can give them more of a clue as to what is wrong.

It could be a panic attack or it could be more serious. If you can't get an appointment with your GP and you are really worried, go to Casualty, if you present with chest pains you should be seen quite quickly.

I think you should head down to A and E or you might not make it to 27

Why not get down to A&E? At least you will get some reassurance if nothing else. I hope you feel better soon.
