what u do when u pray and do some effort to get a job but u did't get yet for long time?

Remember two things:
1) Keep praying
2) Listen in prayer too, God may have a different direction for your life than you think.
I don't know the details of your situation, God does, so trust Him.

Keep praying for God's will to be done in your life. God doesn't always answer us in our time and He doesn't always give us the answer we want but He will do what is best for us at the time. Hang in there and when the right job comes along you will get your answer. Pray without ceasing.

In my studies I learned that whether we belive it or not. We all
get just exactly what we want.
It said men say, "Yeah. I guess I wanted to lose my job!" And the Spirit said. How many times did he sit on the end of his bed, wishing he didn't have to go to work? Now he doesn't
have to go to work!
Do you really WANT to find a job?

Maybe the right job hasn't come along for you that God feels you should have. I know it gets fustrating but in His time there will be the right job at the right place that will come along for you.

maybe it was God's well, maybe you were going to get in-to something that 'd hurt you in the future, we can't see and think about all those things immediately but there is always something good in-to something that happens to us that makes us think that God neglects us, but God almighty loves us 70 times more than our own Mom and Dad, God will never let you down, God is always there, just have a bit more faith in-to him, you will get eh job that is right for you.
