The problem with learning a language is the same for all languages in as they differ in dialect within the same region. So you would most likely have to find the people who speak the English language that you feel you want to learn so that you don't speak what is called Slang. Pronunciation varies greatly from north and south and east and west. Go to a library and ask the librarian for language learning tools. They might have some audio and video materials for you. read english books, and newspapers... read english webpages... watch english movies... and talk, talk, talk. if there is no one to talk to talk to yourself. imagine how you would explain ordinary everyday things to someone who does not know them, but in english. if you miss a word, look it up, or work your way around it. it helps. really.
