You are so lucky to have Sainsbury's we don't have it in Australia! Buy ingredients for a delicious sandwich on super fresh bread, finish the meal with a cup of tea and a piece of Sainsbury brand, low fat lemon cake.
Honestly, you English and Americans are spoilt for choice!. Except the fruit and veg in England is expensive and gross.

Sounds like you had bad meals in the past. Take some light stuff (assuming you have hot meal for dinner). How 'bout one piece of fruit (apple, banana) and a salad? I know it does not sound sexy but you will get used to it and even love it. Forget all the tuna mayonaise etc. Too fat.

I'd say tomato with italian mozzarella and a bit of oil on brown bread. Maybe some tapanade on it as well.
Another tip: a Submarine sandwich

Get one of their 'be good to yourself' meals or 'taste the difference' and have that. Lots of selection, there are healthy options available and they are very tasty. Where I am its really windy and cold - perfect comfort food weather. A jacket potato with lots of beans (Branston) and cheese (good, strong cheddar) and always a winner too!

you could make a sandwich: 2 slices of bread (purchase bread with intense fiber, a minimum of a million g of nutritional fiber in line with 10 g of carbs; i % to propose baker's 5g internet carbs) fat unfastened ricotta cheese (having the backside carbs). lean turkey or baked ham. some lettuce or spring blend in case you %. placed the cheese in the two slices, and then in between placed the fried egg, and the turkey or ham, and optionally the vegetables. there you circulate, delight in... you additionally can do tortilla wraps, in spite of the undeniable fact that this is extra stable to discover the low carb tortilla i think. purchase the 4g internet carb tortilla from dealer joe's or the los angeles Tortilla production unit 5g internet carb tortilla (they're additionally intense in protein) from someplace (close to greenbelt, MD, nutrition coop has it). Then placed fat unfastened cream cheese (kraft is ultimate), upload some parsley flakes and oregano, placed the turkey or baked ham and wrap it. rather of the turkey or baked ham, you additionally can placed a million ball park fat unfastened (pink meat) frank, or a million Yves fat unfastened canines (they're organic protein, may well be present day in mom & total ingredients). in case you do no longer % to even do this, purchase the tilt wallet total grain (sixteen g carbs basically), or circulate farther and purchase the extra desirable lean wallet extremely - mozarella & cheese (12 g internet carbs basically). rather of a drink, you need to eat an apple or orange (or any sparkling berry (blueberry, blackberry, strawberry), watermelon, pear, cantaloupe, plum, etc. yet no or few grapes and banana) or a mix of them. Drink water. in case you need to drink something else, I advise tropicana orange juice with fiber (the purple one) or prune juice. a number of those are sturdy for dropping weight and/or gaining muscle. i've got lost extra desirable than 35lbs over the years and persons are telling me i'm looking great.
