Since I heard about astral traveling I was a little bit upset with this idea, but ofcourse I had been little disbelieving in all this too.But then I found lot of information how to learn to do this and ofcourse I start to trying. After some weeks ,that is few days ago something happened with me what really terrified me and that happened in moment I didn't mend to do that at all. I felt something is breaking out of my body (something like wind or somethink)and in my ears I heard very loud noise, body was like paralized.I was so scared that I started to moving and then all thiese feelings disappeared. It looks like I almost traveled in astral, but this loud noise is that normal and acctually I,m scared to do that at all, but I still want too oh.So here my questions(Most of all for those who travels in astral):1.)Was that normal what happened with me?2.)What danger is in astral or what we shouldn't do in astral?3.)Have you been chased by astral beasts?4.)What do you see in mirror in astral?

What happened to you was not normal. It's a combination of having watched too many bad movies and having too low a threshold for gullibility.

The danger in doing this is that it will cause you to waste your time on childish fantasies, and if you talk about it in public, it will cause people to lose all respect for you.

There's no such thing as "astral beasts", and that last question is even sillier.

The only people who claim that astral projection is dangerous are the people who are strict adherents to a particular religion. If afterlife realms really do exist, they don't want you exploring them on your own; they want you to stay here on this "plane" and listen to everything THEY tell you. For example, people who astrally project report that there are "Heaven" realms and "Hell" realms, but they're always temporary, not permanent. That of course goes against the Christian idea that, upon death, you either go to Heaven or Hell and stay there forever. But fundamentalist Christians who are familiar with astral projection don't want you to know that, so they invent all these ridiculous horror stories in order to scare people away from astral travel. All the talk about being "possessed" by an evil entity, or not being able to make it back to your body... it's all BS. None of it is true. It's possible to have negative experiences, obviously, but you can have negative experiences on Earth, too. There are bad people in this world and there are bad people "on the other side" too. But dangers? They don't exist. I have never once heard of someone being seriously harmed because of their interest in this topic. Quite the contrary, many people claim that the astral experiences change their life for the better. So you definitely don't have anything to worry about.

Many fail at astral travel because of what you just described.
The "feeling" that one is dying, when the spirit tries to
separate from the body.
Natives use "dreaming". This helps to overcome that feeling.
With practice you can get to the point in between being awake,
and deep sleep. There you will travel in spirit.
The Book says those that love the Creator worship Him
"in spirit", and in truth. That's what it's talking about.
2 Corinthians 12 talks about astral travel and the "third"
heaven. Heaven and the Astral Plane are the same. It
is really three dimensions of reality.
There is no real danger. Your body will pull you back in an
instant if you are bothered by a "negative" being. King
Solomon mentions the "silver cord" in Ecclisiastes I believe, that
keeps the spirit attached to the body till the time of "death".

There are no astral beasts, but your mention of them is a red flag. You must understand the power of belief before you attempt astral travel. You will experience according to your beliefs, emotions, and expectations. I would study more before I made further attempts.

There is nothing to fear, but to the world, mind is an unknown; even though it is our home, and is All That Is, the world believes in dangers and darkness, especially associated with mind.

Nothing can harm you; you are a beloved child of God (All That Is). Bring that knowledge with you, as a prayer; you are eternally safe, in or out of your body.

Read more; but do not listen to those who would try to teach you that there are monsters...there is no such extremity. But neither should you try anymore travel until you study more. Go in peace.

I have out of bodies frequently. There is no scientific proof of what is actually going on and there are a lot of skeptics who claim its all in the mind and that possibly the frontal lobe of the brain is some how separating from the body but not actually going somewhere, but anyone that has truly had them knows how extremely profound the experience is and that we do go some where. But where we go beats me? Personally I don't try to have them, i just do. I don't like coming back into my body and not being able to move, it scares the hell out of me. I've never been chased by any beast and if you mean astral mirror as in looking at yourself from above that is a common occurence of astral projecting. I like to believe that its some kind of angel or alien being summonsing us in order to tell us good news or direction in our life, but I really don't know. I would'nt fear it though, whatever is happening seems to be quite common. If you are ever unable to move when you come back from astral projection, try to call on Jesus and you will move again, sounds strange, but it works. I'm confused myself with the whole thing, I've had some things out of body that I wish I could do again and I've had some things that I would rather not do again. So its up to you if you want to keep trying, but if you want to trigger them leave your door open that leads to the outside it makes it easier.

A good rule of thumb with such things is that if your gut says no, you should probably listen. I wouldn't let it put you off completely, but start off slowly; even such simple things as walking around your house (astrally, not physically) will help get you used to it, and you'll most likely see things you normally wouldn't.

There's not really any danger of dying, or physical injury, or losing your soul or anything like that. It could easily make you mentally/spiritually vulnerable, which you can protect against (or not, some people do prefer it that way). By this I mean things like nightmares up to possible psychosomatic signs of illness, but just keep a clear head about you and you'll be fine.

1. It could be but everyone does not necessarily hear the sounds you are describing.

2. Very little, ask for protection from your chosen Deity if you are worried. Ask that only beings with loving intent be allowed to interact with you.

3. There are some menacing looking people around occasionally but they seem unable to actually harm you in any way. After all it is your spirit that is traveling not your body. Bodies can be harmed but the spirit is of God and is invulnerable to any attack from external sources.

4. A rather savage looking creature that is actually quite beautiful. It has astonishingly penetrating yellow eyes that seem to extend all the way back to God. I have actually found a way to show this to others.

I did this to verify that I was not just imagining it.

The three people who have seen it, all described it exactly the same, with no prior input or explanation from me that could have lead them to a similar description.

Love and blessings Don

Yes, that is normal. Different things happen to different people when they try this.

There are dangers to this... you should always be alert to your surroundings and not travel too far till you become more comfortable with the process.

I have never been chased by astral beasts. I have never seen any.

I don't see anything in a mirror in the astral.

Astral projection is extremely dangerous my friend. You enter the spiritual realm and when you astral project, you are in the realm of demonic activity. You will know this is true when you encounter a demon one day. In that day, call on the name of Jesus and He will help you.

Sometimes demons appear as light and good, but beware that when you astral project, this is NOT of God and ANY being who comes to you in any form (those who are not human spirits), is demonic and will try to harm you.

Please think twice about doing this.

The mind is a wonderful thing. Things like dream projection and stuff like that are really just not known. Can God use his holy spirit to help us see the future? Yes he did do it to prophets. But since this world is lying in the power of the wicked one or Satan, he and his angels can manipulate our minds. The bible points out principles to keep ourselves sober. Because we need to be in control of our selves and maintain modest behavior. Astral traveling is putting yourself in a hypnotic state. this type of mental psychosis is against the Bible's teachings. Because at this time there are many challenges against us like Satan and lack of understanding the brain and what it can do, we are warned not to meddle in those things. So is it normal what happened to you, possible it is normal and part of brain activity that gives the illusion like a dream not literal.
