using ZoomBrowserEX I can't do redeye reduction?

Even though I think I am doing the right thing with edit I can't get rid of red eye from some photos I downloaded from my cannon lixxus camera what am I doing wrong.I am a relative novice to the computer.Please some one help

It may depend on how small the red eye area is. You might want to try just doing it manuallying by coloring the areas with a small black circle.
