Yes, I believe that the forms are available on line from the direct gov website and it may work out a bit quicker bearing in mind the post and that. I think it is calculated from the date on which they receive the forms so on line might mean quicker receipt.
Alternatively, the forms are available from the job centre, CAB or the post office if you want to use snail mail.

Yes. You can complete the forms online which does make the [roess a lot quicker. Check out www.directgov.uk - they have really concise, plain English explanations and all the forms are downloadable from there.

Yes you can, but just make sure you've got a copy of what you send.
Process time can be quicker because you don't have to rely on Royal Mail, and it's less likely to get lost, but other than that unless you're an emergency case then no it doesn't speed up the process.

U used to beable to ... but now it is quicker to request forms and fill them in
takes roguhly about a month and u get the back pay (up to 3 months )
