I just download a program it means i wanted to have the post it notes in my pc i just download from http://www.myzips.com/download/PostIt-Notes.phtml and now i cant find it in my pc what should i do?

User Search tools of Windows [Start menu > Search], with "PostIt-Notes.phtml". The search engine will find the file.

I've checked the link you provided and it downloaded an exe file which is different from the pinsetup.exe.
If you are installing a good post it note software I recommend Stickies 5.2b .

Go to Start, then Search, type in post it notes, hit search, it should come up.

If it was a download from vioio.com just search your drives for "vsnsetup.exe"
