Everyone spoils the baby puppy. You can stop the whining by not responding to his whines. Make sure he is taken care of, of course, but ignore the whining. Don't even scold him for whining, just ignore him. As soon as he does not get a response by whining, he will stop.

Good luck. Aren't puppies so cute and fun?

you're making an incredible factor. i do no longer think of genuine conservatives think of like this, nevertheless. the two the Republican AND Democratic events have been taken over by utilising those with ulterior reasons...it is exactly the reason i'm now no longer a Democrat and owe 0 loyalty to the two of the events in any respect. IMO, a real American Patriot thinks with the form and bill of Rights, and what's terrific for u.s., no longer something of the international. maximum people now no longer think of like this and can in basic terms incredibly watch television and the only information that they get is from the media... how lots of them rather have study the "Patriot" act or any of the recent charges popping out of Congress? It takes time, yet protecting your rights do. to respond to the question which you asked, you're genuine. Socialism is exactly that. the recent international Order that Bush Sr. has noted is interior the attitude of going on and it is the effect. companies that they want around would be triumphant, and ones that the elite do no longer care approximately won't be triumphant. The undesirable get poorer and the wealthy get richer...trickle down concept is in basic terms BS.

He's just talking to you. You can encourage it at specific times, discourage it at other times. Since you are training him (superior!!) use "his name, No" when you don't want to have a doggie discussion. and praise when you do.
