I'm not talking about in bed. I'm talkiing about a relationship. Are they good in relationships? Because I just met a Japenese girl the other dya. She moved to the states 3 years ago. One thing is that she lives on the east coast & I live in the middle of the pacific. Yes, I live in a state.

From what I've seen, they are good listeners and pay attention to people. I haven't had much to do with them though, but honestly I don't understand why American girls are often not as receptive. Maybe they feel they are bothered too much or they are more focused on careers. However, then you come into Yahoo! Answers and they seem pretty much to want guys. My head is spinning.

..lol..I'm half Japanese but American all the way. If she was raised in Japan..I'm warning you .. the customs there are very different. They are raised differently. They are more insecure and CONTROLLING!! My mom is that way, and every nice Japanese friend of mine when it comes to relationships. But if your strong then
that's all they need. Stand your ground with them and you'll be emotionally fine. If your not strong enough, your up for one hell of a journey. No offense to my blood or nothing. They get VERY suspicious with gaijin (foreign men) because of the reputation they have as yellow cabs (my mom told me)...so they get very possesive. Stand your ground and you'll be fine. If she is a great one then your VERY lucky!! They are truly kind!

Can be the sweetest, but when it comes to disagreement or debate, they tend to take things way too much to heart. Communication can become really frustrating if there isn't at least one of you who can speak the other's language with any degree of proficiency.

My impression of most is that they are largely conservative in their social ways.
Well always_so... you could always ask Answers about what movies you should watch to learn more about the culture and relationship tendencies that modern women of Japanese decent seem to have.

They tend to be very devoted to there relationship's but that is the stereotypical response I have found it to be true
Chinese and Vietnamese also but Japanese woman by far are devoted to there husband's/boyfriend's
