Chocolate is toxic to cats (as well as to dogs). However, your cat licking a little chocolate milk would not be a big concern. If it was a lot, call your vet.
Chocolate contains Theobromine, which is what is toxic. The darker the chocolate, the more Theobromine in it. Chocolate also has caffeine in it. Too much chocolate can cause seizures and even coma in cats and dogs.

But again, a cat lapping just a very little chocolate milk won't cause any serious harm. The cat might get diarrhea and possibly some nervousness due to the caffeine and Theobromine.

Your kitty may get a little tummy ache but should be fine. Most cats are lactose intolerant and regular milk gives them diarrhea. As for the chocolate it's not good for cats but a little shouldn't be toxic.

well if it was just a little, I wouldn't be too concerned, just keep an eye your cat for maybe 6-12 hrs. but I wouldn't worry too much. just make sure you keep all milk and chocolate products away from your cat.

NO!!'don't freak out. especially if it was only a little bit....if by a little bit we are talking like less than a cup don't sweat!! On the other hand if kitty drank a 2 litre bottle then stress!! lol. When i was little my favourite thing to feed my dog was easter eggs.....and i fed her HEAPS, i mean HEAPS. it wasn't til i was like 12 i learnt this was bad for her, really bad for her!! She lived to the ripe old age of 17!!!!! so i highly doubt your cat will have any effects from a tiny serve of choc milk!! Just don't make a habit of it!! Relax!! ;o)

Our youngest cat gets into EVERY thing!
Including chocolate, she ate an entire candy bar, while we were gone. She had diarrhea, but other than that she was fine.
Hope this helps.
