the best and concentrated source of calcium even before milk is, obviously, the pills. if you are above 40, it is recommended to have 2 pills daily to avoid the risk of osteoporosis

Buy Caltrate tablets, my wife takes 1 tablet a day = 600mg.
It is a calcium supplement tablet. Available here in Australia
don't know about USA.
