(God) except through Him. If all paths lead to God, what made Jesus say this? 1 plus 1 does not equal 5? Therefore, there is only ONE true way to get to God?

No one comes to the Father except through Christ.
This is very much true. To those who really seek God with all their heart truly, honestly, Christ reveals Himself to them.
Take the example of Sadhu Sundar Singh, who preached Christ.
The way to Christ is by leading a righteous life in accordance with the Scriptures ( Holy Bible).
The world says many things ( all paths lead to God) but the world also legalizes things like abortion , divorce, etc that are obviuosly not on the right path.
Have courage and choose the right path.

All paths don't lead to God, this is a lie spread to perpetuate the idea that you can "believe" in your own way. You can't.
Repeatedly the Scriptures refer to the body of true Christian teachings as “the truth,” and Christianity is spoken of as “the way of the truth.” (1 Tim. 3:15; 2 John 1; 2 Pet. 2:2)
Additionally Jesus clearly said: “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will.” (Matthew 7:21)
We need to clearly understand the Bible to know Gods will, that can only be accomplished by a proper personal Bible study, not by just accepting what others tell you the Bible says.

when you get to the Father God it can be under several condition, like in the sheep goat judgement, or the final judgement,, what Jesus describes is the way to be with God after the judgement, at which time Jesus will be like your attorney who pleads your case. I have not gone into what is available to whom after what judgementbecause I decied to hire on with the bosses son, but they are all listed and explained, just get a concordance look up judgement and start reading. Jews for instance are under a differant program.

Yes! One true way to God is by being part of God's creation and following your individual path all the way back to God!

One God.......many people.....many paths.....One creator of many people, with many paths. Jesus was a Master of Spirituality. (Matthew is my favourite book in the New Testament).

Good question!

He simply meant that God is All That Is. It matters not what religion one belongs to, God remains God. Ultimately, we never could leave God, so there really are no paths leading to Him. We never left!
