They say that the best life partners start off as friends but if you are not in love with him then you shouldn't marry him. Tell him that you love being friends with him and don't ever want to lose him. If he loves you he will want whatever makes you happy and will not want to lose your friendship

Ignore him, avoid him, run away from him. If still he is insisting, kill him. If he is very strong to kill, then you dont have any other choice than commiting suicide.
But in any case, dont tell him directly that you dont want to marry him. He wil get hurt.

So then don't just tell him you don't feel that way about him, and if you want mention that you still want to be friends but nothing more, just be upfront and honest with him and hopefully he won't take it to hard and can accept your answer.
