On My PC the Window size is 4 GB where i find files of the software which was deleated long back like .Bmp tmp etc is there any ways where all unwanted files from the PC get deleted and more space is left. Some software whoc check the software installed and keep only the file of it, NOTHING EXTRA!!

Use Reg alyz(which is like reg edit but better) or use CCleaner which can clear the leftovers.

Wow...this is really time consuming but is the only way I know. Sorry .

Pull up START/RUN and type in regedit This is the access to your registry. You will have to go through and finde the files and manually delete them one by one.

well the files u removed via uninstall few files or games need manual deleting after the uninstall....simplest way is after the uninstall just right click on file/folder u uninstalled and press delete...
