Do NOT, under any circumstances, send money!..... this Nigerian Bank thing is an extremely well-known SCAM and has been showing up repeatedly for years now.
In Canada and the U.S.A., the police and BBB are aware of this type of scam and will confirm my answer.
This is a cash grab - They will take your money, and you will be left waiting and never receive anything!!!
Delete their e-mails, block sender and if it came to you as paper form, please contact your local BBB (Better Business Bureau --they're in the phone-book) , to see if they'd like you to forward the letter to them for their files. They keep files on the variations on this theme.
Be careful out there folks,.....the old saying applies here:........ "If it seems too good to be true,.... it probably is!"

This is a fraud. Do not answer their e-mails, do not send them money, do not send them details of your bank accounts. If you do, they will take all your money. This fraud has been going on since before the internet existed. Go to this site and search it on "nigeria lottery"

you won nothing...it's a scam.
Search it on the net on your search engine and you will find out it's just a scam, there is no prize, no money, it's a trick for the nigerians to make money off you and give you nothing
