First of all, it's propose. Uh...Buy a ring? Ask her parents for their blessing...think about WHY you want to marry this girl...come up with a Pros & Cons list? the best time is to say i love you is any time. really i tell you. because i have seen in my life also, we always wait for perfect time and when the time comes the things goes passed. so tell her in a good way, you dont need microphone to explain. just ask her this is my thinking u just take your time we can be friend forever also like this. this will clear your all doubts.
