Can your aunt also be your parole officer? Are there any rules against this?

Yep! She would have an absolute duty to report the conflict to her superiors who would have to assign the case to an independent person.

If she failled to do this and was caught she would almost certainly loose her job for gross misconduct.

As a parole officer is an officer of the court she would certainly appear to be in contempt and it may well be that a criminal offence would be involved.

Your county and state would never knowingly let that happen. If for some reason the county and state don't know, then your aunt does. Enough said.

I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen. then again I'm not too familiar with such situations. but i know that you can't seek psychological treatment from your psych professor, and that would definitely be less of a relationship
