Not certain, but reminds me of Ebola, which is hemorrhagic.

Congo Crimean hemorrhagic fever virus is carried by ticks which live on sheep. It is usually lethal. Dengue fever virus is carried by Aedes Aegypti mosquito. It is less dangerous.
