Yes, changing the food can be hard on your cat's tummies. Also, when changing food you are supposed to change it gradually to prevent stomach upset. You do this by mixing a little of the old and new together each time. If they don't improve soon I would call the vet and ask for advice. It's possible they may have picked up something from the boarding house that was contagious and can be easily treated with antibiotics.

It's more likely that they have picked up an infection from the cattery. It often happens (which is why I prefer to pay a cat-sitter to look after mine when I go away). Keep them warm and quiet, make sure they have boiled, cooled water to drink, change their litter tray and disinfect it with boiling water after every use (probably invest in a spare one if I were you).
Also give them no solid food for 24 hours. If they are very hungry and mewing for food they could have some boiled, cooled rice or a bit of scrambled egg (don't add milk or seasoning of course). They should have this light diet for a day or two afterwards. Then give them their Iams a bit at a time. See if their symptoms return when they eat this food - then you'll know for sure.
If they are still ill after this then take them to the vet. In the meantime monitor their symptoms and if they deteriorate or become very floppy or sleepy take them to the vet straight away.

how long has the kitten been sneezing? did the diarrhea just start today?? at least CALL a vet and ask them if they think it may just be a cold or the food.... Definitely if the kitten gets worse, TAKE IT TO THE VET. for right now, try changing its food out, it may just have a sensitive system... and keep an eye on the kitten to see if the diarrhea occurs just after eating, etc... also, because it is now coming into allergy season, cats CAN have allergies too... im not saying that this is the cause of the sneezing... watch and see what triggers your cats' sneezes (maybe it just got into something dusty or there could be other allergens wherever it lays down a lot).

There are many reasons why kittens get diarrhoea but in all cases it usually means a trip to the vet I doubt it has anything to do with the change of food its more likely something they have picked up at the boarding house but I suggest you take them to the vet immediately dehydration is just as dangerous to animals as it is to humans

You need to get them to the vets asap - since they are only kittens they could well become dehydrated from the diarrhoea, the vet will give them something to settle their stomachs, and advise you on food.
Maybe try a wet foot - some cats are better on wet than dry.
I hope they're feeling better soon

i would take them 2 the vets, my cat is 15 months now and never had any problems with change in food, but i do think half dry and half meat is alot better than all dry or all meat, also 2 much milk can give them diarrhoea.

Do not give them Immodium!!!! If there is any blood, or if its profuse or watery ring your vets now for advice. If its just a little runny, starve them for 24 hours, leaving access to plenty of water. Then take them still if things haven't settled down.
