we grown to be friends ,she flirted with me a lot.waited for months to ask a girl out,though she surely, would have said yes,so I ask her if she was seening anyone?she says yes,coundnt think of anything more to say, said was I going to ask you something, but it ok, bye....the way this other women waited in line look at me meanly as I passed ,I knew she must have some hurt on her face.I not going to see her again maybe never ,but it been on my mind for weeks.she did turn me down right?

she may only be seeing someone because you waited to ask her out and she thought that it was never going to happen. so she found someone else, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't have feelings for you, what you need to do is tell her how you feel about her the worst she can do is say no and then at least you will know how she feels and then you can decide if you still want to be her friend or not.

By all technicalites she didnt turn you down, becuase you never asked. But i think that you did the right thing. Who knows tho, maybe she has secretly wanted to be with you since you started being frineds and the person she was with didnt really mean much, maybe she would have left him for you. Who really knows. The only way to really find out is to call her back, and tell her what you were going to tell her. But tell her as a friend, unless you really do want to get with her. But if she has a bf then i dont blame you for not asking becuase, 99.8 percent of the time that is a for sure no, and its kinda rude to ask. Atleast in some people's eyes.
