what IT which field is having more wanted ?(h/w or s/w) and give me some usefull s/w cources.?

With Respect to Easy Job hunting
H/W can give you very easily job. however, u will not earn respect in that filed untill u become MCSE or CCNA payment is possible from 2500 to 35000 some times above that

in S/W Job is rare and competitive but u will get good recognistion and good payment also it will be around 7500 to 100000 some time more then that

in F/W and Chip Designing u will get good entry job of around 10000 - max i have heard is 25000 but it could be more then that job scarcity does not exists ans new filed.

in IT Support or ITES u can get payment from 7500 to 125000 any time very easily and they are alwasy huntin for peoples.

Also there is one filed which is called as IT Admnistration or IT Cordination Job is very scare in this filed however Pyament begins with 20000 to 200000 it required knowledge of accounts as well as all above mentioned fileds.

OK. i think both have equal importance but software field is a little bit easy then hardware.software field have great demand now a days.

for .NET cource from SSI
.NET from NIIT
they are the best one according to todays market

both are great. secondly please note that for an intelligent person even he does B.A. (bacheler of arts), he will reach great heights where as dulls even if they do master of software technology, they dont get any where.

Please note that it depends on the person not on the course.

However between hardware and software software is better.
