One would have thought so the way he is with George Dubya, but sadly, he is of the British Isles....Scotland to be exact, though one could be forgiven for thinking he is English....don't know why he is the Prime Minister of the UK when Scotland have their own Parliament...he and Brown should toodle off back to Scotland and leave us English alone....
