And you attribute that to God.....??

That is like saying, because your son did wrong in school, you are such a bad parent.....

Let's just say....

There was a tectonic plate which shifted off the bottom of an ocean.... that plate pushed up a wave of water that caused a giant tsunami which killed hundreds of thousands of people.....

Im sure that God waited for them to come home... and those who perished, no longer have to suffer the pains associated with with those of us who have witnessed the aftermath......

They died as martyrs and are going to heaven.
If you think deeper you will also realize that you can only know what's good when you've seen what's bad. You don't knwo what's fair until you're treated unfairly etc etc.
See it as a way of learning. There's no point of being on earth and having a choice if earth was same as heaven. Such event could turn some weaker souls away from God and bring some others closer to God and that's exactly what it's about. We're going to be judged and such incidents are the test.

The lost is God willing, the other (read : the rest of us) was saved to learn a lesson, it may be seen as an anger of nature or punishment from God, but we are a connected being of human family has learnt a lesson, gain a knowledge and wisdom. That's the God's love there...

For the passing ones, it was a God willing, they were chosen to be there on that time, to be taken and returned to him.

Do you know if they were taken and placed into "much better place" ? This was also God's love has been given.

have you ever experienced a negative situation when you were growing up? say you fell down and really hurt yourself; did that mean no one loved you because they couldn't protect you? certainly not!
how do you discern love? through the good things that people do for you! love connects with good.
this is a world full of suffering but we know that inspite of all, God loves us simply because of the good that we see in our lives everyday.
the fact that there is hurt and pain in the world doesn't mean God doesn't love us.
take time to count your blessings one by one.

Wrong.

God reveals, man observes. Evidence is based on man's obersvation.

Science and revelation. Science is theories explaining facts where a fact is an observation made by men (note plural) independent of location. There are no facts about God or about God's love.

However, there are beliefs.

Do you know for sure that God did it?

Some time, sit down with a deck of cards and play poker with someone. The deck should have all 52 cards be the ace of hearts.

Hopefully you will figure it out.

Who can say? I just looked out of my window and saw trees with different coklored leaves, green grass and an azure blue sky that is enough evidence for me

Satan dun it.
But seriously... nobody's going to have a real answer for that, because it doesn't make sense. If there was an all powerful god who controlled EVERYTHING, and he was a good god, then nothing bad would happen to good people. Obviously, though, bad things happen to good people all the time.

This is the result of the fall of man (Adam and Eve). God has his reasons. We must allow this curse to take its toll. Things will be perfect soon.
