go by what you know shell eat making sure to introduce new thinkgs also but always with something she likes as well she should have breakfast ,lunch ,dinner ,and a snack in between each .no one can make yo a sample menu with out knowing her likes and dislikes and she should eat what you eat if your eating reasonably healthy and eat a variety of things .Me and my kids usually all eat the same things its important to give a range of foods dont give her for example ,mac n chz for dinner instead a little mac n chz some sweet peas and a little bit of meat i hope this is helpful

Practially All kids like chicken nuggets. Hot dogs are easy. My daughter also likes turkey burgers (sometimes it's easier not to mess with the bun!) Plain egg noodles (maybe with a little butter) are also pretty kid-friendly. Also, try peanut butter sandwiches or scrambled eggs for some protein!

She should be eating the same as you so make a list of what you would normally eat and work from them. Both mine 4 and 2 eat the same as us. Where possible you should alwyas sit down as a family and eat this shows kids how to eat and also that you eat the same

why dont you go to a book shop and they will have menu books for children
