The Answer you seek can only be answered by yourself.
If you trully believed that God exist and He is the true God that created the whole universe, then trust His words through the Bible cause what you seek is stated in there.
If you don't beleive in God in the first place then why bother asking a question about God, unless you're persuading everyone that there is no God at all.
If you believe in God yet doubt His presence, check yourself..
Do you have Cancer?
Do you suffered from abuse?
why are you still alive today?
It all ends up on what you beleive

The truth is this - God doesn't allow it.
And we have proof - Torah, the first five books of scripture.
In it God specifies what people are to do and what not to do. So when we read "Do not murder" and yet we hear on the news how some idiot went on a murder spree - God didn't allow it, because He said so in His Torah. But here's the catch - God allows us to choose our own actions - aka "Free will" - and that's where the problem is.
God allows each one of us to live by free will and He doesn't interfere. So when a person chooses to do things against God's decree (ie do not murder), God will not take away that person's free will, even if it means some will die at some murders hands.
And things like children being abused, same thing. Adults have no excuses for what they do when they stand before God. But the question will be ask as to why didn't God stop them. If He did, then the person stopped wouldn't have free will.

He will do that, as soon as we learn that we cannot govern ourselves. What is happening is a result of the choice made by Adam, and all his descendants. When we are ready to accept that only God can govern us, though his Son, than this Earth will be turned into a Paradise, people will live without aging or sickness, and a child of 100 years of age can play at the den of a poisonous snake without fear of harm. Cancers are not the creation of God, but the result of man's damaging the the planet we were given to live on. The result is the affects on our genetic code making us more open to cancers and other diseases. Is this life so important as to ignore the reward in the long run?

God set the world up with rules and when He did so, He stepped back and allowed mankind to make his own decisions. There are consequences for actions and bad things do happen to good and bad people. God cares and when He is invited into a situation He can intervene. Some get healed, some don't, we may not understand until we get to the other side. The bible tells us God is good, God loves the little children and God would like for us to prosper and be in health even as our soul prospers.

God has gifted us with free will and an ability to choose for ourselves. With that comes the potential for hard times. If God were to eliminate poverty, suffering, natural disasters, and disease. He would have to take our ability to choose for ourselves. A lot of what happens in this world happens because we do it to ourselves. Take poverty for example, Is it Gods fault children go hungry and die every day when we can do something about it but many of us don't. Even natural disasters can be blamed on years and years of us abusing the planet that God made us the stewards of.

god does not allow this to happen but always has a way to escape!!
sometimes it is hard to distinguish god from the devil.
but thru time and a lot of praying you will master this.
diseases and car wrecks and other bad things are from the devil./ if you will research there is a way out from all of these. it all is in the bible.
like i say just do some research and you will find them
but if you need some help i will tell you where they are located.
but it will be better for -you- to do this and let god show you where they are for then you will never forget it.

Christianity teaches that, originally, man and woman were in perfect and direct communion with God and there was no suffering for that very reason. With the rebellion of sin---deliberate violation of the will of God---people "fell" from this relationship with God and, as a result, became subject to the evils we brought into the world. Although children are innocent in the respect that they have not personally sinned, they are still subject to evils of a world that cut itself off from God.
The world is now one defined by suffering. It is the place of faith to choose to transcend the evils of the world, to see through the illusions of shallowness and suffering, and return to man's true state---in perfect communion with God, a state in which we each are, by our own free will, who we were always meant to be.

There are certain things that happens in life just because God wants to test us. It is also because He want to show some of us how powerful He is.There are people who are married for so many years and the wife is unable to conceive but God will take a child and give to someone who will cause abortion and throw the chid in the bush. Do you think that God refuse giving children to some people for nothing? The power of death and life remains on His hands and He has the liberty to do what He wants to all He created. We arecondamned to submit to His authority.
To God be the glory.

God knows nothing untoward can happen to His Beloved. We remain as created. Nothing has happened but that we believe we are separate beings, apart, and warring against one another, and ourselves. But it was a dream, and was over in the blink of an eye. Nothing has changed. The things you list never happened to anyone real. They are symptoms of separation, and separation is impossible, because God did not create it. We remain with and within, God.

Do you think that by coming here to earth things should be "perfect"? Then why bother in the first place to come here? If we should live in a heavenly state all the time their would be no need for earth and its challenges. Without challenges how on earth can your soul grow? You may not understand this but we need all the adversity in order to prosper in the spirit world beyond but if you want to think that its so terrible then it will only be harder for you down the road later on. Its not meant for you to look at so harshly. It is meant to make you richer within life. Like I said, you must come to understand this and it may take a long long time until you see it this way.
