No, no and no!

Please don't drive on a UK road whilst being a learner, unless you have someone over the age of 21 who has a full UK driving license in the car.

1) If you get caught driving without being a full driver you will be prosecuted for driving without a license, and this will probably get over 6 points on your license; so if you pass then you will be disqualified instantly.

2) If a police officer sees 1 person in a car displaying L plates then they will almost definitely act on it.

3) If you crash into someone then your insurance policy could be voided and you may be prosecuted for driving without insurance and you will have to pay for damages.

4) I know a girl who had no license and was driving a car, she crashed into a wall and got banned from getting a provisional till she was 21. No license is almost the same as a provisional in this situation.

5) If you are not ready, cancel your test! You will not pass if you are not ready, your ADI will tell you if you up to scratch; if your not then your wasting money.

If your test is a month away then just wait and keep calm, if you show the standard which is required then you will pass your test.

I passed in August, I know the wait to the test is nerve-racking. But remember, the examiners only want to see what you will do if you were in your own car; on the road; on your own. They will know all people have some nerves, just imagine the examiner is a GPS system giving you instructions on your test.

Thanks

For a learner driver to drive on a public road (UK) without a licensed instructing driver in the front passenger seat is against the law. If caught, you will be taken to court, probably fined, and have penalty points put on any future licence (should you eventually pass your test). So don't even try to drive on your own. You may drive carefully, but others may crash into you. If you do have an accident, even if it wasn't your fault, your insurance company may refuse to pay out. This could prove very costly to you if injured parties take you to court and sue for damages!

No it is not OK. You need to find a few people to help you.For the most part it is against the LAW to drive without a licensed operator. A ticket could cost you in several ways; 1. Increase the time until you are even allowed to apply for your license. 2. Insurance company's will blacklist you. Or if there was an accident you could loose anything you own.
