I like a girl very much, and I think she does like me. But she has BF, but they are not in good conditions in relation. But they are together. What can I do? What should I say to her? I think it doesnt make sense if i just want to wait.

You could plant a seed in a round about fashion if you haven't the courage to come right out with it..say something like : "too bad you already have a boyfriend..because if you didn't I would ask you out" that way she knows you're interested...but you still look cool if she isn't interested in you...no pressure either way.

How old are you?
I don't mean it to tell you to wait until you are a certain age to date, forget that.
Girls switch boyfriends like underwear, they change constantly. So if you're a teen, this holds true, and you should tell her and maybe she'll finally break up with that loser and go for you.
But that means, you're the next underwear for the next couple of days...so, really at your age (that is if you're a teen) it's more of a temporary relationship, hardly do they last.
So what kind of relationship do you want? Do you want to be her friend forever and try it from that angle, or be a boyfriend for a week and be heartbroken?
It's your call.

if yes tell her to break up with her bf

Don't be the cause of a breakup. If she is unhappy with him, she will break up and then you can ask her out.
