All answers assume the person giving head has an active case of the disease. Obviously, if they don't have hepatitis, they cannot pass it on.

Hepatitis A. Probably not. This is transmitted by fecal contamination of food and water sources. Now, if a male is giving head to a female who has an active case of hepatitis A, it might be possible for him to pick up the disease by going down on her, if there was any transfer of material from the anus to her perineum/vagina during other foreplay. Showering is always nice.

Hepatitis B. Very likely. This is transmitted by blood, or other bodily fluids, and if there are breaks in the skin (even microscopic) you are at risk for hepatitis B infection.

Hepatitis C. Probably not. We have no specific precautions for the sexual partner of someone who has hepatitis C. This one seems to be transmitted either by sharing needles, sharing the straw used to snort cocaine, or very rarely in this country, by blood transfusion. Again, the person who transmits the disease has to have a case themselves, otherwise it is not possible.

Yes.....as long as the person preforming oral sex (aka giving head without a condom) is infected with hepatitis.

Oh man. All you need is the swap of fluids (saliva, ejaculation) to transmit even a cols sore. Go to a doctor or a health unit and get checked in about 4 weeks. It takes 6 weeks to show up. Good luck guy!
