I'm 44 years old. Used to have very thick and shiny hair that I was so proud to have. After having my 4 children, and starting using colours to cover the grey hair, I start to loose some hair especially from the front. I stopped using colours and start using natural henna mixed with herbs. Anyone knows a home made receipe (e.g. oils, herbs, etc) or evern a ready made one to use for getting new hair grow?

I think everyone will say thick hair on their head and no hair anywhere else. Obviously some men are bald or thinning as are some women. I think the overall person is way more important.

Diet is very important. Consume adequate protein - fish is the best. Examples are tuna, batang, salmon etc...
You can also apply fresh aloe vera juice into your scalp.
Once i saw a documentry show that massage a mixture of raw egg and fresh orange juice into your scalp to promote healthy hair. Shape Singapore magazine also indicates that beers like tiger beer are rich in Vitamin B and will nourish your hair, but you will have to wash your hair several times afterwards to get rid of the alcohol smell. In conclusion, if your hair loss is really serious, i advice that you consult a doctor that specialise in treating hair loss problems. Try to relax and be stress free. Cheers and be positive always ^_^

Sulfur 8 is good for growing hair and making it thicker, it can be purchased at most stores that have hair products. get the one that does not smell much, the yellow jar has a loud odor, get the blue one- not sure, smell it. Just rub it on your scalp. I am using it and it has brought my hair back. I have to relax my hair more often than I used to, but it is well worth it for me.

and if all the remedies failed then go for a transplant. The technology has advances a lot and its getting cheaper due to competition. Remember, dont get yourself so stressed for such things. I am sure you are still looking charming and graceful:).
