The problem isn't your taste, but the taste of the person who wants to buy your house if and when you sell it. The red walls aren't a problem. They're trendy and you can put a few coats of white over them to cover them up when you sell. The black parquet may be problematic. It will likely make the room look much smaller than it is. If you have a large room - you should be OK. If not, you could be in for sales problems down the road - particularly since that's a more permanent addition to the house. Unlike carpet, you can't pull that out.
I would consider a dark hardwood instead - a good compromise. It's more universal than black, and you can get nearly the same effect.

I do not know what you like, but those two colors are well suited together. Myself I would not make it this way, is in not my likely to have red walls. I once readed a psychology book about the aspect of painting walls. It is all about the light, that is determinate as how is oriented the room North, East, South or West. I cannot give more as an advice, probably you like the combination, me to, but in other situation as in interior of my car, but if you like it and probably I guess you want it, do it and see what is it. If you do not have to much money, try to see an advice into such a book to see if is good for your situation. Otherwise as I told you it is a great combination of colors that, even I like it.

That actually depends on your design preference, that color scheme or combination may be too dark on a room with small or no windows at all, but if you want you can still use it but lighten up with the decor like white furniture, etc...
Have fun decorating...

The answer i want to tell you is no... Because it has been proven in some studies that red walls can cause severe agression and possibly insanity.

i like the idea of red walls and black (what are they?).
the red should be darkened to a burgundy which would be a bit brighter than wine but not so blaring bright as a scarlet.

if your room is small it may look dark. you might concider adding additional room lighting and decorate to pull your eyes to a focal point. not the walls or floor.
