Well everyone, I have a dillemma... I like this girl, she's so beautiful, sweet, the whole package. I mean, we sometimes have a hard time getting a conversation going, but once it starts it doesn't stop. She sends me emails like "If you were to describe me in one word, what would it be?" and she only sends them to me, not anyone else. She told me to come see a fashion show she's in tomorrow, of course I'm gonna go. There's a dance this sunday that we're gonna be at, I'm gonna ask her to dance, maybe ask her out, but I'm REALLY shy, you don't even know. It's really hard for me to talk to her, plus a bunch of people are gonna be around... it'll be humiliating if she says no, am I just paranoid or something?

No, you're not paranoid, just shy and afraid of rejection. Ask her to dance and see if she shows any interest in seeing you again. It can't hurt that while you're dancing you ask if she's like to see a movie with you. You'll never know until you ask. Alternatively, maybe she'll ask you out.

The question that comes to mind is: Will she dance with you if you DON'T ask her? Just do what you want to do...if she doesn't like it, believe me, she'll let you know! Otherwise, unless you can read minds, you have to try everything in your arsenal to get the girl; right up to the point where it ends! Good hunting...

You're being paranoid. Just ask her to dance! Even if she turns out to only be your friend she should still dance with you. It's a dance - not a life commitment. Good Luck!!!

Ask her out! She is probably waiting for u to do something. U don't have to ask her out in front of everyone. If she likes u, take her outside and ask her out. If she likes u it will be good but if she doesn't it will be awkward. But at least you'll know.

No your not paranoid, it's part of growing up. It's hard for you to understand this, but all you have to do is be yourself. And if you like her than go get her. You will do just fine.

yes... you are being very paranoid. she probably likes you if she's doing all that. just go and say it. try to get alone first. ask her if you can talk with her alone. if she says no, then you'll know her feelings.
