I am going through so much stress in my life and I have nobody to talk to and I am afraid that one of these times it might get out of hand and I am afraid of doing something stupid, like hurting myself. I have every reason to believe that I have severe depression but I have no insurance and I have no way of getting it due to the fact that I have a part time job in a town of 400 and i have no vehicle so i can get a better job and the state won't give me any help. Is there any way that I can talk to a person to help me for free on line or do you know a way in the state of wisconsin to get help in this situtation? Please I am desperate!!!

I can not talk to a person over the phone. I hate phones. I would rather do it in an e-mail or a letter. And if puch comes to chove, in person. I do not like phones. I just need a person to tell me what is wrong and what I should do. I have no tried to kill myself and quite frankly I am scared to death of doing it, but I will not lie and say that I have never tyhoughth of, but then again, who hasn't? I have only two things in life going for me and that is my fiancee (who i do love with all of my heart and soul) and my dog. And he is trying his hardest to get me out of my funk. But i need a professional. and if anybody says that i should do something to change what is wrong, then give me money because i will have to move far away for that.

I am from India and I don't know whether I would be in a position to appeal to your sense. I wish you could draw strength and solace from God. Have complete faith in God and continue to work hard, to make your livelihood. Faith in God, is important for that will give more strength of mind. As a Hindu, I believe in meditation and in our yoga classes, we are taught to meditate. I do not know whether you have the facility to learn yoga, pranayama ( a kind of breathing exercise)an meditation. I reason soothes your mind. There is no point in become desperate. Struggle hard to come out of your present economic misery, with a lien on God.

Been there done that... before we had the Internet. A geographical cure is short term but in a town of 400 you need a break. I will be in Wisconsin next spring. You need get something before then. The public hospitals allow you to find a new friend who is an outcast like yourself and to get away from old friends and family, the source of all depression. Keep digging then reach out and take a chance. If you wait too long the depression becomes a chemical change and you cant shake it off. Only time can heal your mind in a safe place. Remember we all have been there. We outsiders are a less then 30 percent of the population. And suicides keep on taking many back to heaven.

Stress is part of life.
Search on-line for help. Only you know what is really going on. Type in the search browser what you're feeling or going through and you will be amazed at the many psychological, mental, groups, help-lines, etc that are out there.
To the world you may be one person... To one person you may be the world.

Honestly, I dont know your past, but there are plenty of people out there that want to help you. All of these people are on that long list.
Have you tried giving everything to God? not just the hurt and pain and all your stress, but the good things too. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own will but follow Him and he will guide your path.
God gives hope to hopless like the man above me
He gives rest to the weak
Forgiveness to EVERYONE
He is JOY and PEACE.
Any church you go to will have a multatude of people who will be more then willing and glad to help you, wither you accept Christ or not, and if one church says you have to for him to even try to help you, find one that beleves in loving everyone no matter where they are beacuse that other church was in the wrong in that. No ones forsing God on you, but he dose allways knock on your heart and pleas that you let him in so he can help you make your life turn completely around in ways you cant even dream of.

Start at your local Social Services Department. Just give them a call to see what information is out there. Don't state that it is your problem just a friends and work from there. I sincerely hope that you find a friend or even better talk to a family member. I have listed a chat line for you to investigate.

If you look in your phone book, you should find a suicide hotline, and maybe even a mental health hotline. There may also be support groups in your area. The most important thing to remember is that people need other people, so your relationships with friends and family are important.
Good luck, and I hope that you feel better.

there are groups out there that can help you you just have to decide that you want to go to them! Also i came from a small town in Wis, and i know that the church is a good place to go to and talk to the minister there! also doctors in small towns are usually family practitioners, and they can,t deny you help!

i don't know anything about your state, but it seems to me that getting a better job will drastically help with your severe depression. so instead of searching how to blabber with someone for free search how u can get a better job. good luck. and due to my own experience - if u have a problem blabbering won't help, solving the problem will help

Try to join a church and Accept Jesus christ as your saviour. you will have joy and peace that no Man can give to you.I may sound funny or stupid,i had been this situation. Then in the church as you continue to know God. you will have a new family. In the church you will feel the Love of God and brethen will support you in one way or the other. You are not a begger the love they have for you will make they to help as they can.
Tell to the Pastor about you situation and he will say this to the church there are people who are WILLING to help you out.
please think about this my life changed as i accepted JESUS to my life. GOD LOVE US ALL. There is nothing impossible in the eyes of God.There is JOY ,PEACE IN OUR LORD JESUS. THINK ABOUT THIS PEACE ,JOY,HAPPYNESS OF GOD.
