the ford focus has alot of problems with it, dont buy one if you are planning to. it is very problematic, and it cost alot of money to fix every little lagging part.

When the focus first came out it did have its problems. But in recent years 2003 and on the have become extremely good cars. Consumer Reports rated them #1 for 2006. Lots of people and the media love to rag on Ford and there problems. I beat no one knew that Toyota had 2.2 million recalls in 2005, higher than Ford but you dont hear that in the media.

I had a focus and I had no problems with it. How are you driving it? Are you taking proper care of it? Remember that the Focus is not a high performance vehicle.

i don't know what year or problems you have with your car. but i work on and own a focus, and have had no problems with them. every car can have problems, depending on how thye are driven and maintained, plus there is with every car, the ocasional problem cars. i see many focus with over 200k and run as well as they did new.
