i think if there is a good eyecontact .. there`s a good connection.between the 2 ppl. cuz i have seen that ppl dont make a good eye contact if they arent connecting too well..
I a good eyecontact from a girl and a smile indicate that she approves of me or approves of something i just said or did.

It probably means she is being kind and open to contact. You can't really read too much into it.

I usually perceive it as something meaningfull. Like, it's gotta be, you don't look straight into someone's eyes for no reason.
