Your family doctor can refer you to one he knows about. Look up the telephone book. Call hospitals near you. He needs good general practitioner first, he may grow out of it, he is old enough to have wet dreams. Even a nocturnal ejection, followed by urination.

Warm milk at night may help, and make sure just before going to bed he relieves himself, sleep on empty balder.

Most doctors know of certain balder exercises. Ask the doctor to explain him. Doctors are in a hurry and it helps to remind them the you need to remind him to exercises the balder in the beginning few times a day.
