you can learn it from any computer training center. but i would suggest, buy any book and learn it on your own.there are many online tutorials also, one is--

There are no specific institues fopr MS excel in bangalore. but you can go to NIIT or Aptec and choose to learn onlyMS office.
Sure thing is its your interest & Curiosity to learn which gives u all answers in excel. You can alos join some private institutes where the package is given at a better price

first understand that nobody can teach u everything and make u expert. it depends on you. everybody will teach u only basics. it is u who have to master the subject with your own effort.
to learn excel basics u dont need any training institute. u can aswell learn by using help (just press F1). or refer some books. then refer more books and become expert. it completely depends on you.
