Cows feel way more pain than embryos.

Are you aware that we eat cows for fun and not survival? We have manipulated an entire species of animal; why not used science to save lives? I don't want people to be in wheelchairs.

In my opinion stem cells do not work or else we would have cured something with them by now.Plus embryos have everything that a person will need or ever will become programmed into them,just because it doesn't have arms and legs yet doesn't mean its not a life. That's like saying a 4 yr old is worthless, because they haven't been to college yet Just because stem cells have the "potential" to become anything doesn't mean they will. Plus eating a burger makes people feel good. nohing like a good steak and a nice red wine ...yummy yummy....

Because people like steaks and hamburger. Stem cell research isn't linked directly to their gut. They don't get the instant gratification that a hamburger or a superstition would give them.

If that doesn't explain why using embryonic stem cells for research is wrong, than why not donate your body to science ... before you're through with it ... that should enlighten you.
