I have a lot of pretty single girls in my building but they seem kind of professional, like they have a profession. I guess they have education they are very friendly. I only make conversations when I'm drunk because I feel more frisky but I usually think I'm going to get laid but they just tell me to get lost because I'm Latino, they think I'm Illegal and I'm looking for their phone numbers

It's safe enough to talk to the girls in your own building but best if you are sober and that way no one would think you are anything but a nice guy.
The drunk is someone that I'm sure they would rather not talk to at all so be the nice guy that you are and only talk to the girls when you are sober. No one enjoys the company of a drunk and as for anyone thinking you are an illegal well maybe by acting the drunk and only talking to the girls when you are that way just might give them the idea that you are an illegal when you are not.
They may be professionals who are very smart so why don't you act that way too and they just might see you in a better light.

Don't drink and talk. If you want to have a chance with these ladies, sounds like you need to sober up before trying to chat with the ladies you meet in your building, or anywhere else for that matter.
Personally, I am a professional woman and find Latino men the hottest of all, but would be totally turned off if I met one in an elevator that was drunk and felt the only reason he was trying to hook up with me was because he was drunk and horny.

I think they tell you to get lost because:
1. You're drunk
2. No profession?
3. You EXPECT to get laid.
and 4. You have a chip on your shoulder about being Latino.
Go to school, get a job, and stop drinking!

safe? yeah its safe chico, but it ain't exactly the smart thing to do. Say you go out with one of them and you eventually do get laid, the problem is if things go sour, will you be comfortable with living in the same building as her? Think about it man.
