once I finished watching it and want to remove it, where and how do I delete it and from where?

never ask for free movies. please buy legal copy and use. if everybody downloads free movies and starts using, what the movie producer should do ? he should starve is it ?
his creation has no value is it ? if everybody starts to ask for free movies, then there will be nobody to produce good movies bcz they can't make a living at all.
never go for free download. it may also have worm,trojan,virus or spyware which will affect your computer.
dont encourage piracy. always buy and see.

In your media player,get webroot window washer free in limewire.It will delete all download history in media player,and lots of other locations as well.

well at time of downloading it must have asked for any locatin.............the same place you can find it.
if not try do search for it
go to search and search your harddrive for any movie file, you can set filters like date//size/file type etc also.
once search is done, you can get to know the location, just delete it.
