It does not pop when I bench press 510, just above 515?

My guess is the balance muscles that control your wrist are not strong enough to hold that much lateral weight. Do some wrist exercises with freeweights and it will probably help alot. Or you might have already bungled up the little bones and that extra 5 pounds is just enough to make the worn ones slip abit. In that case more milk might help I guess.

my upper shoulder does that too, and it grosses me out. Not sure why.
