my pit bull puppy is only 8.5 week old....it's funny and weird though (never seen nothing like it).....today while i was holding him, i noticed that he was sticking his little penis out..(if you know what i mean)...anyways..i think this is a little bit abnormal behavior for him to be doing that at such a young age...

Sorry, what your puppy is doing is perfectly normal. A little young but different dogs will start that at different ages. I've seen 5 and 6 week old pups do the same thing. He could just be nervous. It can be any number or simulations that causes it but don't worry, dogs aren't the same as humans so you have to learn to deal with the way they act.

I have an unaltered pit-bull male that is now ten. It really has nothing to do with being perverted or sexually aroused or even knowing manners. It just happens. Sometimes it happens when he rolls or scoots across a surface at other times it happens when he strains to scratch a hard to reach spot. However FYI prolonged licking of the penis/balls area is a form of masturbation in dogs. I can just tell my dog to 'stop it' or ask 'what are you doing ?', and he'll stop it.

Sometimes dogs just do things because they are comfortable. Maybe it was the heat of your body that provoked his body to do that. The point is that it is completely natural. That's just the way guy dogs are.

This is actually more serious than most people think. This "puppy", as you call it, is headed for serious problems. You need to get this obscene little beast to an animal therapist as fast as possible. And, put some pants on him, for heaven's sake!
