Many women have a thing for moles on the penis, and other body parts Some very sexy folks have moles: Elizabeth Taylor, Christopher Walken-- yeah?.... I know there are others....
A woman who knows you and cares for you will not worry about a mole on your penis. It sounds like you are not sexually active., or at least not promiscuous. I will say that it's alot easier to feel comfortable about things like this with someone you know and trust.
And, if you are worried about your moles, you could set your mind at rest by seeing a doctor about this. Hundreds (probably thousands) of people see medical professionals every year because of embarrassing skin conditions. Most moles can be removed safely, if that's what you want. And a doctor can tell you whether a mole is "safe" to be in the sunlight or in physical contact with other materials/objects/etc.
Best wishes to you

Im sorry you had to get so many asshole remarks regarding this question.
If you are worried about any mole you have (cancerous?), dont hesitate to see a doctor.
About the girls though, it all depends. Some girls may not like moles and some may not care either way. I had a boyfriend who had a similar mole to the one you described (shoulder) on his neck, it didnt turn me on or anything, but i really loved him so it didnt bother me. i actually ended up playing with it, hahaha.
If a guy i was seeing had a small mole on the side of his penis, i'd probably get over it. my advice: try not to date shallow/immature girls and you should be fine.
good luck

Moles? What moles? My husband looks like he was attacked by a brown magic marker (he even has one on the edge of his eyelid), and I don't think he's unattractive AT ALL. A mole that is .5 cm is LITTLE! And the one on your penis is a freckle, RIGHT??? (hint-hint-hint) My hubby has four on his, and they don't look anything like diseased sores, so I doubt yours does either. And most girls are smart enough to know the difference. I don't think that a single mole (or freckle) is reason enough to be so self-conscious. Everyone has what they think are hideous imperfections, and they're so busy trying to hide theirs that they will never notice anything so small as a 1/4 inch speck on your back...

The mole on ur shoulder is not repulsive, but the one on ur penis might be a turn-off to some. Why don`t u have them both checked by a dermatologist to make sure they r ordinary moles, he can also remove them for appearance sake if u so choose.

Most girls do not care about a mole on a penis. And if they do then obviously that is not the girl for you. But it would be aedvisable to have the mole checked by a Dr. to make sure it is not a melanoma.

If after meeting and getting to know you, and still all she can think about how repulsive your moles are then she isn't worth the wait for her maturation.
The mole on your back isn't such a bother for me personally; given that it isn't hairy. As for the one near your genitalia, given your insecurity about it I'm not quite sure why you'd involve a girl in that region. In the long run, it may be better to get it removed.

Look if you're having sex your penis is always going to be inside something right? lol. So why do you worry about a mole on it when all the girl wants or cares about is it inside of her. So you don't make any sense. Don't worry she won't see it! I feel sorry for girls cause we see everything lol. Haha.
