Believe it or not, this beauty secret works and has been used for many years until color stain remover came on the market. Try using cigarette ashes. Take the corner of a towel & dab it with shampoo, then put it in cigarette ash. gently dab this on the stained area of the skin and start rubbing it out lightly. It works. trust me. Beauticians did this in the 60's & it still works today... Astringent like (sea breeze) works too...

Wet a wash cloth with hot water, wring it out, and put a little bit of baby oil on the edge of it, and start wiping. But DO NOT get any in your hair, because it will take the color right out of it, okay?
After you do this, then put soap & water on the cloth, and do the same thing and then rinse.

The best solution is to get soap and water and just scrub away. It should come off. Use a good strong soap, not hand soap. If you have any Dawn Dish-soap around, that is the best kind to use as it is VERY powerful. Make sure you scrub hard and get it off of your ears, as well.
